My favourite mug cake

You don't know what to eat for brakefast? Something really delicious? Quick? And healthy? 

Soo . . . Lets do a mug cake! You don't know what this is? It's a cake baked in 2 minutes in microwave in your fav mug ;) 



Ingredients: 

2 tbsp of your fav whey (I used coconut)
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup egg whites
1/8 tsp soda bikarone 
1/8 tsp baking powder 
Cimt
Stevia 
1/4 apple sauce (unsweetened) 



Mix all together. Oil your mug a little bit that your cake won't stick. Put the mixture in oiled mug and bake in microwave for 2-2,5 min. Be careful that it don't gets over the mug. If it gets to high stop the microwave for a second and then go ahead for the rest time. 
Warning the mug can get really HOT!  

Flip your cake out of the mug and decorate as you like. I used walden farms chocolate dip, almonds, greek yoghurt with walden farms pancake syrup.
